Not at all. Many clients give us a key, door code or lockbox access. All of our cleaners are background-checked, insured and bonded, so your home is in safe hands.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes! We bring everything needed, including eco-friendly cleaning products, microfiber cloths, mops and HEPA-filter vacuums. If you prefer we use specific products, just let us know.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your happiness is guaranteed. Let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean the area at no extra cost.

How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Just call, email or reply to your confirmation at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling and cancelling are free with 24 hours' notice.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Yes. We use certified non-toxic, biodegradable products that are safe for kids, pets and people with allergies.

Do you offer discounts for recurring cleanings?

We do! Save 10% with bi-weekly service and 15% with weekly service. Discounts are applied automatically to every recurring visit.
